a. Client Contact Information
When you request a consultation, fill out a form, call us, or hire us, we collect details such as your name, mailing address, project address, email address, and phone number.
b. Project and Job Site Data
To plan and complete your project, we collect information about your property, including measurements, floor plans, design preferences, scope notes, permits, inspection records, and site conditions.
c. Photography and Media
We take photographs and video of project sites before, during, and after work for documentation, quality control, and (where you have consented) marketing and portfolio purposes. These may include images of your home’s interior and exterior.
d. Financial and Payment Information
For estimates, contracts, and billing we collect information such as billing address, payment method details, and financing or loan references. Card and bank payments are processed through third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
e. Insurance Information
In the course of a project we may collect or exchange insurance-related information, such as homeowner’s policy details or claim numbers, where a project involves an insurance claim.
f. Website and Technical Data

Our messages identify Valor Builder and include our physical mailing address. Transactional and project-related emails may still be sent after you opt out of marketing.
